Client Payment Portal
Premier Technologies customers are able to log in online to make payments to their account or an individual outstanding invoice at their convenience. Just click on the "Go to Payment Portal" link below, and you will be able to login with your e-mail and personalized password that you set up. You can also reset your account password using this tool to help making your payments easier - saving you a trip to our location or a postage stamp.
Whether you are an individual or business customer, you can manage any of the Service or Project tickets with Premier Technologies through our ConnectWise Ticket Management System. Simply click on "View Ticket Manager" and log in to see the tickets that are actively being addressed for you or your business. You can add information to your ticket, cancel a ticket or dispatch request, or escalate your ticket for return to service. This is the same tool that our staff uses for tracking ticket actions, inventory, product ordering, and timereporting. By working with this tool, it helps to provide immediate ticket related communications to the technicians assigned so that we can resolve your problem and minimize user impact.
Password Reset Request
Do you need your e-mail or domain password reset? This is where you can request that assistance. Please note that we are not able to reset e-mail passwords for accounts such as GMail or Yahoo. This password reset is for network domains that are serviced and supported through Premier Technologies, or for e-mail accounts that are associated with an O365/network domain service. Just click on "Request a New Password" and you will be able to enter your e-mail address for verification and username.
Again, if your business does not have an SLA with Premier Technologies, you will be contacted the next business day to process this request.
